Packaging
Each CHAPEL piece is thoughtfully packaged in a custom matte black gift box with silver-foil logo stamp on the exterior.
Smaller items and chains will additionally be packaged in a soft black velvet jewelry pouch with a silver-foil logo stamp.
All orders come with a CHAPEL polishing cloth.
Delivery
CHAPEL pieces are handmade to order in our Manhattan studio. Beautiful things take time; please allow 1–2 weeks for production. Note that unless otherwise stated, made-to-order items are final sale.

CHAPEL creates each piece from solid Sterling Silver, a fine precious metal that requires mindful wear.
